About us:​

We are “Bake It! Bristol”, an exciting new baking experience in Bristol, bringing the creativity of baking to life! Our events bring people together in pairs to create themed cakes in a fun, interactive, and slightly competitive environment. Each session is guided by a set recipe, and at the end, our head baker judges the final creations to crown a winning team. Join us in bringing the joy of baking to Bristol – one cake at a time!

Looking for someone who is… ​

• Passionate! We can teach baking, but not passion.   

• Caring and enthusiastic! People who make sure our guests have an incredible time.  

• Takes pride in their work! Go the extra mile to help our events run smoothly, especially when things go wrong! 

• Creative and confident! Engage with guests to develop their own unique cakes. 

• A team player! Find solutions not problems and willing to help with all tasks (even the washing up!)  

 

Key Responsibilities: ​

• Supporting the Head Baker in creating an exciting and fun energy.  

• Set up baking stations with all necessary equipment before each session. 

• Help our guests have a memorable event they all enjoy.  

• Answer guest questions and offer assistance. 

• Cleaning and general upkeep so ready for the next event.

Salary:​

• From £13.50 per hour.
