Welcome to Bake It! Bristol Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), Bristol’s immersive baking experience. By booking and participating in our events, you (“you”, “your”, “guest”, “participant”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Payment 

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised third-party platform DesignMyNight. 

• Bookings are non-refundable. If you would like to change your booking date, it is free to do so up to 3 weeks prior to your original booking date. If you would like to change your booking within 3 weeks of your booking, a £20 per ticket admin fee will be incurred. Email hello@bakeitbristol.com with your booking reference number and we can help you there. 

• For corporate bookings, changes made within 3 weeks of the booking will incur a fee relative to the size and nature of the booking. If you have changes you would like to make, please contact your designated events planner as soon as possible. 

• Occasionally, sessions may be cancelled due to a variety of reasons. If this is the case, please contact us on how to change your booking.

2. Event Participation 

• Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be able to participate and you will not be issued a refund. 

 

3. Health and Safety 

• The activity involves the use of hot appliances and sharp utensils. All participants must follow staff instructions at all times and be cautious of their safety. 

• By attending the event, you accept full responsibility for any risks, and you agree not to hold the organizers, venue, or anyone involved legally responsible if something goes wrong. 

• Guests with allergies must inform us at the time of booking using the ‘contact us’ form. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 

• CCTV will be operating in the venue.  
   

4. Behaviour and Conduct 

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour without refund. We may, on occasion, need to conduct security searched to ensure public safety.

5. Photography and Media 

• By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please notify a member of staff upon arrival.

6. Liability 

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the venue.

Pre-Launch Offer​

​This is a limited time offer, ending 26/06/2025. The offer gives the guest 20% off the original price of the ticket when booking before our launch date. Your booking must be for a session within the first 2 months of our launch date, meaning the 31/08/2025 is the last date you can book a session with this offer being applied. Bookings made after the launch date (26/06/2025) for a session before 31/08/2025 will not be subject to this offer. In the case that you need to move your booking, please see the "Bookings and Payment" section above. If you are moving your session to a date beyond 31/08/2025, you will need to pay the full-price ticket. Please email hello@bakeitbristol.com and we will help you there.
