Welcome to Bake It! Bristol Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), Bristol’s immersive baking experience. By booking and participating in our events, you (“you”, “your”, “guest”, “participant”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Payment 

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised third-party platform DesignMyNight. 

• Bookings are non-refundable. If you would like to change your booking date, it is free to do so up to 3 weeks prior to your original booking date. If you would like to change your booking within 3 weeks of your booking, a £20 per ticket admin fee will be incurred. Email hello@bakeitbristol.com with your booking reference number and we can help you there. 

• For corporate bookings, changes made within 3 weeks of the booking will incur a fee relative to the size and nature of the booking. If you have changes you would like to make, please contact your designated events planner as soon as possible. 

• Occasionally, sessions may be cancelled due to a variety of reasons. If this is the case, we will be in touch to change your booking.

2. Event Participation 

• Please arrive promptly for your session start time on your ticket. If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, you will not be able to participate and you will not be issued a refund. 

 
3. Health and Safety 

• The activity involves the use of hot appliances and sharp utensils. All participants must follow staff instructions at all times and be cautious of their safety. 

• By attending the event, you accept full responsibility for any risks, and you agree not to hold the organizers, venue, or anyone involved legally responsible if something goes wrong. 

• Guests with allergies must inform us at the time of booking using the ‘contact us’ form. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 

• CCTV will be operating in the venue.  
   

4. Behaviour and Conduct 

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour without refund. We may, on occasion, need to conduct security searched to ensure public safety.

5. Photography and Media 

• By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please notify a member of staff upon arrival.

6. Liability 

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the venue.

Discount code offers​
​We may at times run limited time offers. These will typically be time or volume constrained but may also end at the discretion of Bake It! Bristol. The offer gives the guest a determined percentage off the original price of the ticket when using the discount code at checkout. prior or future discounts may be different to current offers. They must be for a session prior to the the 31st of October. In the case that you need to move your booking, please see the "Bookings and Payment" section above. If you are moving your session to a date beyond 31/10/2025, you will need to pay the full-price ticket. Please email hello@bakeitbristol.com and we will help you there. ​​
