🍰Join 2000+ Happy Bristol Bakers
The whole session will last 2 hours. This includes 90 minutes of baking time. Please arrive promptly for the session time stated on your ticket so we can get everyone set up. You will be able to relax in our garden-themed bar before your bake begins.
Nothing! We’ve got everything covered — all you need to do is show up. We suggest wearing comfortable footwear as you’ll be up and about for the session.
Absolutely! If your group is an odd number of people, we'll split you up into pairs and groups of 3. For example, if you have 5 people in your group, you'll have 2 people on one station and 3 on another station. Tickets are sold per person so everyone will need their own ticket.
Baking as a group of 3 is just as much fun, you even have a bit of an advantage with an extra pair of hands! You'll still bake one cake together as our events are designed as shared experiences rather than individual cake-making.
We have a bar with soft and alcoholic drinks. There is a selection of small snacks and nibbles available too. Our lovely staff will come around during the session to ask if you'd like anything, but feel free to visit the bar at anytime during the session.
Our cake's are all vegetarian and halal but we can cater to Vegan and Gluten free diets too. Please contact us at least 1 week before you’d like to attend a session using the contact us form HERE, providing details of your requirements and we will accommodate your need.
If you have an allergy, please let us know at least 1 week before your session using the contact form HERE. Whilst we do everything we can to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free space. None of our bakes have nuts but we are not a nut-free environment. Anyone with a serious allergy may consider not attending this event. Please do get in touch if you have any concerns.
You can find our full list of allergens HERE.
At Bake It! Bristol, we strive to accommodate everyone and create a welcoming space for all. However, due to the nature of our building, full accessibility is limited. While our main baking area is wheelchair accessible and we do have an accessible toilet for guests with mobility needs, please note that access to the bar and standard toilet facilities involves steps and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with severe mobility challenges. There is a generous amount of space behind each station, however this does become limited when the oven doors are open. If you have mobility needs, we recommend baking with a partner who can assist you during the activity.
We’re actively exploring ways to improve this and truly appreciate your understanding. If you have any specific access requirements or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re more than happy to help wherever we can.
Guide dogs and accredited service animals are welcome. Let us know in advance HERE so we can reserve a suitable baking station with space for your support animal, while keeping within food hygiene guidelines.
Most ages can participate! We believe little bakers should be able to experience the joy of baking too. Please be aware that if a child is participating, it is the responsibility of their guardian to ensure they are kept safe especially when using ovens, hobs and sharp utensils. Please see below for further details.
Due to the nature of the activity, we don't allow this age group to attend our standard sessions. However we are hoping to introduce some Mini Bakers sessions in the future so look out for updates!
Children in this age group must be accompanied by an adult. They can bake alongside an adult as a pair or 2 children in this age can bake with each other alongside an adult as a group of 3.
Children this age do not need to bake alongside an adult, but they must be accompanied by an adult at the event. 1 adult can be responsible for a maximum of 4 children in this age group. The adult must also purchase a ticket.
We understand that delays happen, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately, you won’t be able to join the baking session. In this case, we’re unable to offer a refund.
Tickets are non-refundable but we understand unexpected things can pop up. If you would like to change your booking, it is free to do so up to 3 weeks prior to your original booking date. If you would like to change your booking within 3 weeks of your booking, a £20 fee will be incurred per ticket. If your new date is more expensive there will be an additional fee. These will be paid on arrival at your new date time.
Please complete a Change My Booking form, to notify us of any changes.
Booking fee is set by the ticketing platform Design My Night, we don't receive any of it, we subsidise the fee when possible and are working with them to lower it.
Then this is perfect for you! Our recipe guide makes it all very easy and we have our baking hosts with you the whole time if you need any help?
This isn't just encouraged, it's required! We love seeing all of your amazing creations, so let your imagination run wild.
To keep all our guests safe, ensure we are compliant with health and safety regulations and meet our lease requirements, we ask that everyone entering the venue has purchased a ticket. If you plan on spectating, you will still need a ticket (but it's much more fun if you take part!).
